This refund policy shows how Citrux Hosting handles refunds from customers and also limitations and more.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
1. REFUND REQUEST PERIOD
All refund requests must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial purchase date. As Citrux Hosting provides digital services, the service must be in its original state without evidence of policy abuse or malicious configuration.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To return a service for a refund, please email customer service at support@citruxhosting.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and initiate the digital return process.
Note on Digital Delivery: As Citrux Hosting provides digital services, no physical shipping is required. Any costs associated with the customer's internet service, transaction fees, or banking fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Citrux Hosting will not reimburse for "return shipping" or third-party processing fees.

3. REFUNDS
After receiving your request and verifying the eligibility of your account, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your request to process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
4. EXCEPTIONS
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Dedicated IP Addresses
- Used Service Time (beyond the 3-day request window)
- Domain Registrations
- Sale items (FINAL SALE)
5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- Anti-Abuse Rule: Refunds are intended for customers to test service quality. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect "policy abuse," such as a single user repeatedly purchasing and refunding services or using a server for a specific short-term event (e.g., a 24-hour tournament) and then requesting a refund.
- Policy Violations: No refunds will be issued for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions (e.g., DDoS attacks, crypto mining, or hosting illegal content). If you break the rules, you forfeit your right to a refund.
- One-Time Eligibility: Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the first service purchased by a new customer. Subsequent purchases, additional server rentals, or renewals are not eligible for a refund. This allows new users to test our network quality risk-free while preventing the abuse of our refund system for multiple concurrent or consecutive services.
